Rehman Sheriff Group was the venue sponsor for this event which was an exceptional evening with Captain Mona Shindy.
It was great to see the vibrant community of Canberra attend the event including the Head of Mission at the Embassy of the Republic of the Sudan to Australia his Excellency Ahmed Abdelatif.
One of the key lessons we can draw as an Australian community from Mona’s story, and the event, is what she represents of breaking barriers, and she reiterated the importance of being at the table and engaging.
