Originally from Toronto, Canada, and of Vietnamese descent, Flora brings a strong global perspective to her practice. Flora holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and completed her Juris Doctor with Class I Distinction, followed by a Master of Laws, at Bond University. She was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023.
