Farhan completed his legal education at Victoria University in Melbourne and has since built a practice focused on employer-sponsored migration, skilled visas, and long-term workforce compliance. Flora Dinh is an Associate Lawyer at Rehman Sheriff Group, where she advises individuals and businesses on Australian immigration and visa matters. She is known for her thoughtful, strategic approach and her genuine commitment to supporting clients through what are often complex and deeply personal migration journeys.
Flora has experience handling Administrative Review Tribunal matters, assisting clients with visa refusals and cancellations through careful case preparation, evidence review, and structured legal submissions. She approaches each case with diligence and foresight, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confidently represented at every stage.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, and of Vietnamese descent, Flora brings a strong global perspective to her practice. Having experienced international relocation herself, she understands the uncertainty and emotional weight that migration decisions can carry. This lived experience shapes her empathetic approach and reinforces her belief that effective immigration advice must be both legally sound and human-centred.
Flora holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and completed her Juris Doctor with Class I Distinction, followed by a Master of Laws, at Bond University. She was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023.
Beyond her client work, Flora manages the RSG Internship Program for Victoria University law students, mentoring aspiring lawyers and supporting their practical development within immigration law. This role reflects her dedication to professional growth, leadership, and giving back to the legal community.
