Farhan Rehman is an Australian immigration lawyer and the Principal Partner of Rehman Sheriff Group, dedicated to helping Australian businesses build, sustain, and retain skilled workforces through lawful and strategically aligned immigration solutions. 



In 2026, he was named a finalist for Migration Partner of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards.

Farhan completed his legal education at Victoria University in Melbourne  and has since built a practice focused on employer-sponsored migration, skilled visas, and long-term workforce compliance. His work sits at the intersection of immigration law and commercial reality, advising businesses not only on visa pathways, but on how migration decisions impact productivity, retention, and growth.

Under Farhan’s leadership, Rehman Sheriff Group has evolved beyond a traditional immigration law firm into an integrated workforce solutions partner. The firm supports Australian employers across industries including automotive, healthcare, mining, hospitality, and trades, delivering end-to-end services spanning global talent sourcing, visa strategy, sponsorship compliance, and workforce continuity.

Flora Dinh is an Associate Lawyer at Rehman Sheriff Group, where she advises individuals and businesses on Australian immigration and visa matters. She is known for her thoughtful, strategic approach and her genuine commitment to supporting clients through what are often complex and deeply personal migration journeys.

Flora has experience handling Administrative Review Tribunal matters, assisting clients with visa refusals and cancellations through careful case preparation, evidence review, and structured legal submissions. She approaches each case with diligence and foresight, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confidently represented at every stage.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, and of Vietnamese descent, Flora brings a strong global perspective to her practice. Having experienced international relocation herself, she understands the uncertainty and emotional weight that migration decisions can carry. This lived experience shapes her empathetic approach and reinforces her belief that effective immigration advice must be both legally sound and human-centred.

Flora holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and completed her Juris Doctor with Class I Distinction, followed by a Master of Laws, at Bond University. She was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023.

Beyond her client work, Flora manages the RSG Internship Program for Victoria University law students, mentoring aspiring lawyers and supporting their practical development within immigration law. This role reflects her dedication to professional growth, leadership, and giving back to the legal community.

Ray is a Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience, including 12 years in managerial roles. His background spans both local and international organisations, giving him broad exposure to diverse industries and business environments.

At RSG, Ray leads the Skills international division, bringing deep HR expertise alongside a strong understanding of overall operations. He ensures teams uphold the firm's standards, so that day-to-day operations consistently deliver premium quality and exceptional service to clients.

Chris Ayling is a Chartered Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer at RSG, bringing a depth of financial expertise to the firm’s strategic and operational functions.

With extensive experience working alongside start-ups, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), and international investors, Chris plays a critical role in guiding the firm’s financial direction, governance, and growth. He provides strategic oversight across financial management, compliance, and risk, ensuring the firm maintains robust systems in a highly regulated legal and migration landscape.

Chris is also actively engaged in supporting clients and stakeholders through knowledge-sharing initiatives, including financial and taxation seminars and webinars. His areas of focus include structuring for investment (including family trusts), commercial asset planning, and interpretation of Federal Budget impacts, particularly as they relate to migration-linked businesses and overseas investment into Australia.

His commercial insight and practical approach enable RSG to deliver financially sound, scalable solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
