Scope of Services

The retainer covers advisory and support services such as: General Immigration Advice
  • Ongoing consultation on visa eligibility, requirements, andpathways for potential visa applicants
  • Updates on legislative and policy changes affecting migration programs
Employer-Sponsored Migration
  • Guidance on 407, 482 and 186 visa applications, compliance, and risk management
  • Strategic workforce planning and sponsorship obligations
Strategic Planning
  • Long-term migration strategies aligned with business growth
  • Advice on transitioning temporary visa holders to permanent residency
  • Meet once a month to catch up

Exclusions

The retainer does not include:

· Lodgement of sponsorship applications, nomination applications or visa applications (charged separately)
· Tribunal or court representation
· Out-of-scope matters (e.g., family visas, citizenship, refugee claims)

Terms

· Initial term: 6 or 12 months, renewable by agreement
· Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice
· Unused services/hours at termination are non-refundable

Fees

· $850 AUD plus GST
· Retainer fees invoiced monthly in advance
· Additional services outside scope billed separately
· Disbursements (e.g., government fees, translations) charged separate

Reporting

· Monthly usage report (hours used or matters handled)
· Quarterly strategic review meeting (for higher-tier packages)
· Direct access via phone/email during business hours
